The Role As part of St. Luke’s Consumer Access & Experience initiative, you will play a key role in advancing the future of healthcare delivery. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive Internal Medicine care for adult patients, managing both acute and chronic conditions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including advanced practitioners, behavioral health, nursing, and population health specialists to deliver coordinated, value-based care.
  • Utilize advanced technology and analytics to enhance patient engagement, access, and outcomes.
  • Participate in system innovation, quality improvement, and care redesign initiatives.
