Overview

We are seeking an Event Designer to collaborate with our team on developing and executing compelling event designs. This role blends creative strategy and hands-on design, translating event goals into cohesive, impactful environments while working within defined budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to develop creative concepts and event design strategies
• Translate strategy and creative direction into detailed event designs and visual assets
• Design event elements including layouts, décor, staging, signage, lighting, and experiential touchpoints
• Create mood boards, design decks, renderings, and other presentation materials
• Recommend cost-effective design solutions that align with creative vision and budget constraints
• Revise designs based on feedback and evolving project needs
• Support design handoff to production teams and vendors as needed

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in corporate event, experiential marketing, or brand activations
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and executed event designs
• Proficiency in relevant design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Canva, or similar)
• Ability to balance creativity with practical production and budget considerations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with fabrication, production, or vendor coordination
• Experience working with agency or client-facing teams
• Agency experience
