Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions
As a Virtual Sales and Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients' customers
* Building trust and confidence through personalized and helpful interactions
* Determining the nature of objections and responding appropriately using active listening skills
* Proactively resolving customer needs and taking action to resolve issues
* Maintaining attention to detail and improving skills through practice

Key Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum of 4 years of sales or customer service experience

* Strong PC and problem-solving skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes
