Job Description
As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for handling phone calls from existing customers of our clients, answering their questions, and providing solutions to their concerns. You'll work independently, using your own computer and headset, and will be expected to maintain a quiet and professional home office environment.

Essential Qualifications:
