Position Summary: The Complex Revenue Manager supports the cluster of hotels’ overall revenue strategy by analyzing performance, monitoring demand trends, and managing systems and reports that drive pricing and inventory decisions. Reporting to the Executive Director of Revenue Management, this role works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure revenue opportunities are optimized across all channels. The Complex Revenue Manager plays a key part in short- and long-term forecasting, data analysis, and execution of revenue strategies to maximize profitability. Hilton & Full-Service experience is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive Director of Revenue Management in developing and executing revenue strategies to maximize RevPAR and overall hotel profitability.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly pickup, pace, and demand reports; provide analysis and recommendations to leadership.
  • Update and maintain rates, restrictions, and inventory controls across all distribution systems and channels.
  • Support forecasting and budgeting processes by preparing reports, trend analyses, and displacement studies.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to evaluate group, catering, and transient business opportunities and provide pricing guidance.
  • Partner with the Front Office team to optimize upselling and ensure efficient sell-out strategies.
  • Maintain relationships with OTA market managers, monitor promotions, and evaluate ROI of paid placements.
  • Review and interpret STR reports and competitive data to identify market shifts and recommend tactical adjustments.
  • Conduct system audits, test calls, and reporting to ensure data accuracy and rate integrity.
  • Provide support and training to operational teams on revenue management systems and best practices.
  • Participate in revenue and sales meetings, contributing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Complete other related tasks or projects assigned by the Executive Director of Revenue Management.

Required Skills, Experience and Knowledge:

  • 5–7 years of progressive hotel revenue management or related experience; full-service hotel experience preferred.
  • Hilton experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to interpret data and translate into strategy.
  • Proficiency with hotel revenue management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence across departments.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of market analysis, distribution channels, and pricing strategies.

Salary Range: $125,00 - $135,000 annually What We Offer:
