Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support and sales assistance to our clients through live chat conversations on their websites and social media platforms. This is a part-time, remote opportunity that offers flexibility, competitive pay, and opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide sales links and offer discounts to customers, driving revenue growth for our clients
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, building trust and loyalty
  • Utilize our proprietary chat platform to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., communications, marketing) preferred

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Basic English writing skills, with the ability to write clear, concise, and engaging messages
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop, phone, or tablet
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (optional)
