Analyst, Deal Management

Paramount is a leading global media and entertainment company on a mission to unleash the power of content. The Analyst in Deal Management will assist the team with contractual sales management support, including preparing availability reports and managing product sales.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare availability reports
  • Clear product for sale
  • Research materials and asset requirements with Product Fulfillment
  • Assist with creating Customer Notices and Avail Support
  • Deal entry of license terms for new deals into company databases
  • Deal entry for amendments to existing deals into company databases
  • Assist with tracking product for inclusion in output and ROS deals, and library selects with customers as requested
  • Ad hoc projects and requests as required

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1 year of related experience working in television contract or sales administration capacity
  • Relevant work experience in television or a related media
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret license agreement terms for product sales
  • Strong Microsoft office and software application skills
  • Time management, planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Must be extremely detail oriented
  • Must be a team player
