Project Coordinator

Affiliated Engineers, Inc. (AEI) is a company dedicated to solving complex challenges in various sectors. The Project Coordinator will support project execution by coordinating internal and external team activities and ensuring timely project deliverables in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Help empower clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future
  • Responsible for activities that contribute to timely, high quality and efficient project execution on projects of limited size, scope, and complexity
  • Work closely with internal and external (client) project team members to carry out coordination and support duties, in accordance with AEI policies and standards
  • Wear multiple tasks for this new growing office, to include office management, track project deliverables and Construction Administration items, maintain document control standards for projects, coordinate and plan office activities and events, on-boarding and training new hires on office standards and marketing activity support

Skills

  • Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience required
  • 1-year experience in a professional office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Strong spoken and written communications skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Quick technical comprehension and motivation focused on client outcomes
  • Able to effectively prioritize multiple tasks
  • Effective working individually and within team environments
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • Previous experience working in the professional services industry is ideal
  • Previous A/E/C experience or interest – big plus
  • General understanding of project management preferred
