Windermere Real Estate is seeking a Zillow Buyer Agent to join their team, specializing in managing and converting leads from the Zillow platform. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with a solid understanding of the local real estate market.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively managing and converting leads generated from the Zillow platform
  • Working closely with buyers, nurturing relationships and guiding them through the real estate process
  • Demonstrating strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the local real estate market and Zillow platform

Skills

  • Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school
  • NEED TO BE IDAHO AND WASHINGTON LICENSED OR
  • INTERESTED TO BE DUAL LICENSED (IDAHO & WASHINGTON)
  • Proven track record of successfully converting Zillow leads
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in using the Zillow platform and related technologies
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Reliable transportation
