Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing customer accounts, developing insurance quotes, and providing exceptional service to our clients. You'll work closely with our team to build strong relationships, drive sales growth, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for the following:

  • Developing insurance quotes, making sales presentations, and closing sales to drive business growth and revenue
  • Processing customer policy change requests, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing disruptions
  • Securing all trailing documents from customers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Handling all incoming claim calls from customers, following up promptly, and resolving issues efficiently
  • Completing Evidence of Insurance requests, verifying customer information, and updating records as necessary
  • Greeting all customers in a friendly and helpful manner, providing exceptional service, and building strong relationships
  • Taking premium payments from customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Treating each customer contact as a cross-sell and up-sell opportunity, including financial products
  • Verifying phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact, updating customer information, and maintaining accurate records
  • Answering incoming phone calls on the first ring, returning phone messages promptly, and providing exceptional service
  • Maintaining knowledge of new products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends, and sharing insights with the team
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • An upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • The ability to create relationships from a cold start, building trust and rapport with customers
  • Proficiency in multi-tasking, following through, and following up on customer requests and issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and resolve conflicts
  • The ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, and manage competing demands
  • Professional phone etiquette, with a focus on providing exceptional service and support
  • Great customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and building long-lasting relationships
  • Problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving business growth
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and support
