The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch service to our clients via phone and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing accurate information about new bookings, rebookings, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more
  • Finding solutions for each individual client to ensure their journey runs smoothly
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and exceed client expectations
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in Danish and a good command of English
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic team
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Location and Time Type

This role is a full-time position, working in 8.5-hour shifts, Monday to Sunday, from 9 AM to 8 PM. You'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with the support of our team.
