Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Sr. Client Support Supervisor to join our team. As a Sr. Client Support Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a team of client support specialists, driving business outcomes, and delivering exceptional client experiences. You'll work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and develop high-performing teams of client support specialists, focusing on building a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  • Drive business outcomes by developing and implementing strategies that improve client satisfaction, reduce churn, and increase revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, business intelligence, quality, labor, and learning and development, to identify opportunities for improvement and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement training programs, coaching, and feedback mechanisms to ensure that client support specialists have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these findings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal partners, to ensure that arenaflex is meeting its commitments and exceeding client expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

What You'll Need

* 5+ years of experience in multi-channel contact center management, healthcare, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business outcomes and delivering exceptional client experiences.

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Experience with MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting tools.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (5+ years industry experience in lieu of degree).
  • Strong PC and web capabilities in a technology-driven environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
  • Willingness to travel, as needed.
