The Role

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Global Merchant and Network Services (GM&NS) Estimating team. This team is responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability through client-driven pricing standards, flexible pricing engineering, and creative pricing solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing and reporting on dealer markdown income data to inform business decisions
• Developing and maintaining scorecards to track performance and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive normalization and process improvement
• Supporting external reviews and audits, including investigating issues and communicating with stakeholders
• Performing ad-hoc data analysis to identify trends and insights

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 2+ years of experience in financial services or a related field, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and principles
• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business, with a preference for candidates with a finance or accounting background
• Advanced skills in Excel, with experience working with large datasets and complex financial models
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw insights from data and communicate findings effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels
• A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for innovation and a willingness to challenge conventional approaches to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with data visualization tools and programming languages (e.g., SAS, SQL)

• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
• Certification in data analysis or a related field (e.g., Certified Data Analyst, Certified Analytics Professional)
