General information Country United States City Remote Location Job ID 47433 Department Infor Consulting Services Experience Level MID_SENIOR_LEVEL Employment Status FULL_TIME Workplace Type Remote Description & Requirements The Senior Consultant is responsible for overseeing and executing key aspects of the Infor XM application (which contains expense reporting, travel plans (a.k.a. pre-trip authorization), check requests, and timesheet modules) implementation projects, focusing on the design, configuration and deployment of the Infor XM applications. The consultant is responsible for prospect presentations, discovery, estimate development, and service work order development. Works with the customer’s project team to ascertain and translate their business requirements into design specifications. Configures the application as required, performs and assists in testing, and trains client resources on Infor software, technologies, and tools per Infor methodology. The Consultant is also responsible for developing ongoing, successful business relationships with clients and providing clients with "industry best practice" recommendations. A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Lead Infor XM implementation projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and configuring Infor XM solutions to meet client needs.
• Provide expertise on best practices and industry standards during implementation.
• Configure a client business solution that includes integrations with ERP systems in customer environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with client expectations.
• Conduct system testing, including developing and executing test plans.
• Maintain client relationships by providing expert advice and support throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in enterprise software implementation/services, preferably in end-user-facing applications.
• Full lifecycle implementation experience using Infor XM or Expense Management applications like Concur, Coupa, Chrome River, and Expensify.
• Experience in software development (e.g., project management, Web-based Java/J2EE applications, and technologies like Apache, Tomcat, JSP, JavaScript, XML, JSON, and HTML).
• Experience with databases like Oracle and MS SQL.
• Must be a US citizen or a US Permanent Resident.
• Willingness to travel throughout North America and Europe - approximately 50% travel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with business intelligence tools with a physical model (e.g., ETL, Business Objects, Cognos, MicroStrategy, Birst).
• Experience in presenting to both executive and operational stakeholders.
• Experience leading teams of 3-5 members on client implementation projects.
• Additional languages (e.g., French, German).
