Cloud Solution Architect- Data & AI (Remote role)

We’re seeking a senior Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) with deep expertise in Azure Data & AI workloads, including Azure Purview, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Foundry. In this customer-facing role, you’ll lead strategic technical engagements, advise IT and business leaders, and shape cloud strategies that drive innovation and business value. You’ll guide customers through architecture design, deployment, and operational excellence—helping them scale AI solutions and modernize their data ecosystems on Microsoft Azure.   • Build trusted relationships with IT executives and business stakeholders to shape their Cloud and AI strategy.
  • Lead architectural design sessions and implement secure, scalable, and resilient data solutions using Microsoft’s best practices (CAF, WAF).
  • Design and deploy end-to-end data architectures leveraging Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, and Databricks.
  • Implement data governance frameworks using Azure Purview, including cataloging, lineage, classification, and policy enforcement.
  • Guide customers in building scalable AI and ML solutions using Azure Machine Learning and Databricks notebooks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Foundry into enterprise data ecosystems.
  • Lead technical workshops, proof-of-concepts, and enablement sessions for customer stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic guidance on data modernization, cloud migration, and responsible AI adoption.
  • Accelerate Azure consumption and customer outcomes by resolving technical blockers and providing delivery oversight.
  • Inspire customer innovation by helping them adopt AI at scale and navigate their transformation journey.

  • 10+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or AI solution delivery.
  • Hands-on expertise with Azure Purview, Microsoft Fabric, and Databricks.
  • Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry and its integration into enterprise platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data lake architecture, ELT/ETL pipelines, and real-time analytics.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, and Power BI.
  • Experience with MLOps, model lifecycle management, and AI governance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate or equivalent certifications preferred.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in English.

The base salary range for this position is $106,000- $135,000, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
