Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Securing all trailing documents from customers and ensuring accurate record-keeping
- Completing Evidence of Insurance requests and verifying customer information
- Documenting each customer contact in eAgent, our cutting-edge customer relationship management system
- Taking premium payments from customers and maintaining accurate records
- Verifying phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact and updating customer information
- Returning all phone messages promptly and providing exceptional customer service
- Maintaining knowledge of new products and staying up-to-date on industry developments
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with our clients
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- To reside in California (CA) and be available to work remotely
- A genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and resourceful, with a coachable attitude
- An upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong sense of urgency
- Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-through, and follow-up, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
- A passion for the insurance industry and a desire to learn and grow with our company
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be a significant advantage:
- Previous experience in the insurance industry or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Experience with customer relationship management systems, such as eAgent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
