Job Summary

As a Payroll Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes. You'll work closely with our team to enter pre and post-sales information, process payments, and verify order accuracy using multiple systems. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet or exceed performance standards will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter pre and post-sales information, process payments, and verify order accuracy using multiple systems

  • Initiate new service order requests, coordinate, and track product/service installation processes
  • Support and lead ad hoc projects generated by Cox Sales Channels
  • Prepare reports as requested
  • Educate customers on arenaflex products & services
  • Meet or exceed critical monthly performance standards, including data entry accuracy and productivity
  • Draft routine client and/or customer correspondence
  • Respond to questions, help resolve problems, and direct calls to appropriate resources
  • Complete special operational and client projects as assigned
  • Act as liaison and coordinator with other departments, outside vendors, and external customers
  • Provide order activity updates to Sales Support Manager or Supervisor
  • May coordinate and process off-line orders coming through G2B, E-commerce, Friends and Family
  • May act as backup phone support during periods of high call volume or point of contact for customers in the absence of the sales force

What You'll Bring to the Table

* High School diploma, GED, or relevant work experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in the area of responsibility required
  • Strong experience with MS Excel
  • Experience with Data Entry
  • Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel
  • Payroll/Commission Background a plus
