Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Virtual Chat Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing real-time customer support via online chat using Microsoft Teams and other messaging platforms
  • Addressing customer questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing information about products and services
  • Logging customer interactions and maintaining accurate records using Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Guiding customers through online processes and helping resolve technical issues related to accounts, products, or services
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department and following up to ensure resolution
  • Staying informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information
  • Working closely with team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
  • Meeting performance goals, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience as a chat assistant, customer service representative, or in a similar role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel) and CRM systems (Dynamics 365 preferred)
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage several chat conversations simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Basic technical troubleshooting abilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or Microsoft tools are a plus
