Job Description

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch service and support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, making customers happy, and working in a fast-paced environment. You will be handling incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist customers with inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely resolutions.

  • Provide detailed information about products and services, highlighting features and benefits that meet our customers' needs.
  • Process orders and returns efficiently, ensuring that customers receive their products in a timely manner.

Requirements:
