Mobile Mortgage Specialist

They are seeking a Mobile Mortgage Specialist to drive mortgage development initiatives and build customer relationships, offering a unique opportunity for career growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Targeting referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence
  • Building sales skills and credit knowledge through targeted sales training
  • Integrating smoothly within TD's employee focused corporate culture and new team
  • Making joint sales calls and conducting monthly coaching sessions with Sales Manager
  • Working from a sales management system designed specifically for the sales channel

  • Proven sales track record
  • Strong capabilities to develop and maintain customer relationships
  • Entrepreneurial, with a proactive and strategic approach to developing customer base
  • Highly motivated individual, who is a self-starter with exceptional quality sales skills
  • Independent, self-managed professional who enjoys developing new business in a fast-paced, competitive market
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking and relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication
  • Post-secondary education (preferred)
