[Remote] Sales Coordinator

TrueVoice Growth Marketing™ is expanding its team to serve Fortune 100 clients, focusing on helping companies in regulated industries grow their customer base. The Sales Coordinator will support business development and sales efforts, manage projects, and build relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Join select prospect meetings to capture detailed notes, decisions, and next steps
  • Conduct market research to support new business opportunities, define target audiences, and understand competitors
  • Update and maintain Pipedrive CRM (contacts, companies, activities, opportunities, stages, next actions, tags/segments)
  • Prepare and collaborate on sales materials, including slides and one-pagers, that align with brand voice
  • Generate weekly pipeline and activity snapshots (meetings held, new opportunities, stage movement, and next actions) for leadership
  • Collaborate with internal marketing teams to ensure clear communication and alignment across sales and marketing efforts
  • Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and support
  • Maintain and coordinate the agency content calendar; assist with basic Webflow updates
  • Assist in creative design, execution, QA, and deployment of agency email campaigns; manage lists, segments, and light automations through MailChimp
  • Produce clean, compelling designs in PPT using brand standards, or willingness to learn
  • Coordinate and schedule LinkedIn posts, including basic image/copy variations and comment monitoring
