[Remote] Business Development Representative, GoCanvas

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ARKANCE US is a leading provider of AECO technology solutions, focused on digitalization for the AECO and manufacturing industries. The GoCanvas Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for driving the adoption of GoCanvas mobile forms and workflow automation solutions by prospecting and qualifying leads, and educating potential customers on the benefits of digital solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads for GoCanvas solutions across targeted industries
  • Educate prospects on ROI of mobile data collection and workflow automation
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach (40–50 calls/day; 80–100 touchpoints)
  • Collaborate with GoCanvas Specialist for product demos and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate records of GoCanvas-related opportunities in CRM (NetSuite)
  • Utilize tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Sales Engagement Platform, and GoCanvas License Portal
  • Coordinate with marketing for GoCanvas campaigns and follow-up
  • Stay informed on GoCanvas product updates and industry trends
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for outreach and pipeline development
  • Other duties as assigned

Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales development or business development
  • Familiarity with SaaS solutions and digital transformation concepts
  • Strong cold calling and prospecting skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong work ethic: team-oriented, self-starter, high energy, and results-driven
  • Experience with GoCanvas or similar mobile workflow platforms
  • Knowledge of AEC&O industry processes and pain points
