Home Health and Hospice Sales and Marketing
Community Nursing Services (CNS) is the 2nd largest homecare provider in Utah, seeking a motivated Sales & Marketing Representative to join their team. This role focuses on developing relationships and generating referrals within the Home Health and Hospice industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare providers
- Proactively generate new business through cold calling, warm calling, and in-person visits
- Represent CNS with professionalism while educating referral sources on our Home Health and Hospice programs
- Identify and evaluate patient care needs in collaboration with clinical teams to ensure appropriate service placement
- Document and track all sales activity in the CRM on a daily basis
- Consistently meet or exceed referral and admissions targets
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining CNS’s reputation for excellence
Skills
- Bachelor's degree and/or clinical license preferred
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Ability to remain resilient and positive in the face of rejection
- Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation required
- Medical sales experience preferred, but candidates with a strong sales record in other industries are encouraged to apply
