Job Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Receiving and processing requests for technical assistance from customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Entering and managing customer requests in our ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Monitoring and reviewing the status of open tickets, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and effectively, and that customers receive timely updates on the progress of their requests.
  • Communicating outcomes and updates to customers via email, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Maintaining organized records and focusing on quick ticket resolution, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service possible.

Key Responsibilities:

* Receive and process requests for technical assistance from customers

  • Enter and manage customer requests in the company's ticketing system
  • Monitor and review the status of open tickets
  • Communicate outcomes and updates to customers via email
  • Maintain organized records and focus on quick ticket resolution

Requirements

While prior experience is not required, we're looking for individuals with:

  • Exceptional typing skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • A proactive approach to learning and a desire for career growth in Information Technology or Customer Service Help Desk roles

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer support software
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
