Job Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Receiving and processing requests for technical assistance from customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Entering and managing customer requests in our ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Monitoring and reviewing the status of open tickets, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and effectively, and that customers receive timely updates on the progress of their requests.
- Communicating outcomes and updates to customers via email, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their needs are met.
- Maintaining organized records and focusing on quick ticket resolution, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service possible.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive and process requests for technical assistance from customers

Requirements
