Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service experiences through phone, email, and online chat channels
  • Resolving complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing expert guidance and support to customers on our products and services
  • Verifying customer eligibility for coverages and reviewing healthcare options
  • Managing customer accounts and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment

  • Bilingual in Spanish (pay rate: $15.50/hour)
  • High-speed reliable internet (35mbps download speed or better)
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues with equipment and technology
  • Recent work history, with no large gaps in tenure or recent history
  • High level of food service/retail background, with a focus on customer service and sales

Administrative Duties

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll also be responsible for:

  • Inputting customer information into our database
  • Performing various administrative duties as assigned by management
