[Remote] Client Success Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NEP Services is a technology-driven company specializing in membership management and CRM solutions. They are seeking an Entry-Level Customer Success Manager who is passionate about helping clients succeed and is eager to learn, focusing on client onboarding, relationship management, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients joining NEP Services for website development and onboarding to Connect Plus+
• Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and effectively use their custom website and membership management system
• Develop and maintain training resources, FAQs, and user guides to support clients
• Help clients navigate their custom-built websites and Connect Plus+ platform
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and escalating concerns when necessary
• Collaborate with internal teams to test software features and provide feedback for improvements
• Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their journey with NEP Services
• Monitor client engagement, adoption, and satisfaction, addressing concerns proactively
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance to clients on best practices
• Manage client requests and communications using HubSpot, Monday.com, and task management software
• Track client interactions, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely responses
• Maintain accurate client records and progress reports
• Identify areas for improvement in onboarding and customer success processes
• Provide client insights to leadership and contribute to service enhancements
• Suggest workflow optimizations to improve efficiency

Skills

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to quickly learn new software and guide clients through onboarding
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
• Industry experience preferred, but open to motivated candidates eager to learn
• Experience or familiarity with HubSpot, Monday.com, task management, and email tools is a plus
