Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service

  • Basic computer skills and experience, with proficiency in customer service software and tools
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering results
