Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients' members via inbound phone calls. You'll be responsible for answering questions related to their healthcare benefits, resolving customer issues, and educating customers about our products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Professionally handle a high volume of incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner

  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess and fulfill customer needs, and educate customers where applicable regarding products and services
  • Utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously, including our CRM and other software applications
  • Be dependable and meet all attendance requirements, including weekends, evenings, possible holidays, and occasional overtime
  • Resolve customer issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process, maintaining a balance between company policy and client benefit in decision making
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our client and its customers
  • Responsible for call disposition or compiling and documenting customer information as required
  • Ability to accept and embrace changes within the current business environment

Qualifications

* Ability to pass a drug screen and background check

  • Dedicated area to work from in your home, with a wired Ethernet connection and high-speed internet access (20 Mb/s download, 10 Mb/s upload)
  • Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers, especially senior citizens
  • Strong decision-making and analytical abilities, with the ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate products and services
  • Schedule flexibility to include weekends, evenings, possible holidays, and occasional overtime
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Meet all attendance and dependability requirements
  • Be a team player, with a strong desire to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the success of the team

Work at Home Set-Up Requirements

* Wired Ethernet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mb/s download and 10 Mb/s upload (wireless connections are not permitted)

  • Two 21" monitors, with one supplied by arenaflex and one provided by the employee
  • Hard-wired broadband internet service via DSL, cable, or fiber optic
  • Headset (specific models will be shared during the interview process)
  • Keyboard and mouse (supplied by arenaflex)
