The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist in our Samsung team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, providing technical and non-technical assistance to Samsung's customers
- Developing efficient and satisfying solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one
- Treating customers with respect, following company policies and procedures, and embodying the arenaflex values of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be fluent in Lithuanian (C1) and have a good command of Russian and English (B2). While previous experience in customer service, particularly in a call center environment, is a plus, we're happy to provide training and coaching to help you excel in your role.
