In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production technology systems. If you have the required skills, experience, and drive to succeed, we want to hear from you! Manage and maintain all production technology systems for Netflix productions. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during production. Collaborate with production teams to understand their technology needs and provide solutions. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in production technology. Develop and implement new processes and protocols to improve efficiency and streamline workflows. Train and educate production teams on how to effectively use production technology systems. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address any technology-related challenges. Ensure all production technology equipment is properly maintained and functioning at all times. Monitor and track production technology expenses and provide cost-effective solutions. Stay current on all relevant software and hardware updates and upgrades. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to procure necessary equipment and services. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and departments to ensure smooth production processes. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for increased efficiency. Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on best practices and emerging technologies.
