Key Responsibilities Manage and update product listings on Amazon Seller Central, including descriptions, titles, pricing, and images.

Process and monitor orders, returns, refunds, and shipment tracking.

Provide excellent customer support through email and chat, resolving queries promptly.

Conduct market and competitor research to support sales and product optimization.

Generate regular sales and performance reports to identify areas for improvement.

Assist with promotional campaigns and keyword optimization to enhance product visibility.

Collaborate with internal teams, sellers, and third-party vendors as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, especially Amazon Seller Central (preferred).
