Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing your expertise to proactively make recommendations that will help customers avoid future issues and improve their overall experience
  • Collaborating with customers to find solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including notes, resolutions, and follow-up actions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Adhering to arenaflex's quality standards, policies, and procedures

Schedule and Availability

We're hiring for the following shifts:

  • Monday-Friday: 12p-9pm EST
  • Saturday and Sunday: 10am-6:30pm
  • This job is 40 hours a week, with shifts typically consisting of 5 consecutive days on and 2 consecutive days off for 8-hour shifts. However, shifts can change to meet business needs, so it's essential that you have open overall availability.
  • We offer shift differentials for night and weekend schedules worked, recognizing the value and dedication of our team members.

Training and Development

When you join our team, you'll receive comprehensive training that combines virtual classroom instruction and on-the-job training. Our training program typically lasts 6 weeks, but the duration may vary depending on your individual needs and progress. Classroom training hours are typically Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm EST, with a lunch break.
