Role and Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional support experiences to our customers through phone, chat, and/or email
- Answering customer requests, resolving queries, and preventing issues
- Using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
- Communicating effectively with customers to deliver a positive experience
- Working in a high-energy environment, multitasking, and adapting to change
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

What You'll Need
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum age of 18 years old
- The right to work in India
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours
- Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair
- A minimum broadband connection of 100MB download speed and 20MB upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
