Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Project Transition Management: You'll oversee the transition of housing projects from completion to lease-ready status, ensuring a seamless handover to our clients and tenants.
  • Documentation Coordination: You'll work closely with various teams to ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Client and Tenant Support: You'll handle inquiries and provide support to clients and tenants regarding completed properties, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Property Listings Management: You'll monitor and manage property listings, ensuring all information is current and accurately reflects the property's condition and availability.
  • Record Keeping and Project Tracking: You'll assist in maintaining records and tracking the status of ongoing and completed projects, providing valuable insights to our team.

Qualifications
