The Role
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service and solutions to our guests through inbound calls. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional service and solutions to guests through inbound calls
- Utilize probing question skills to understand guest needs and preferences
- Leverage problem-solving skills to resolve guest inquiries and concerns
- Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services to provide accurate information to guests

- A set schedule of 12pm-2am PST

Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking skills
- Driven by solving problems and meeting goals
- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in customer service and sales
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Excellent Internet connectivity:

- A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, in which you will be able and willing to download our app that will be leveraged for company communications
