The Role

We're seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their queries, and resolving any issues they may encounter. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer experiences, building strong relationships with our customers, and promoting our life-changing programs for young people.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members as needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Utilize CRM software to record and update customer information, track interactions, and manage the customer service pipeline
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field preferred

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving customer satisfaction and sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required (for occasional in-person visits)

Expected Hours

* 30-40 hours per week

  • Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday and Sunday work as needed
  • Must be able to work Pacific Standard Time zone hours

Pay

* $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, plus commission structure
