Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Information Specialist II to join our team in Ranch, Florida. As a key member of our Splunk development team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing advanced Splunk dashboards, searches, and reports. You'll also provide top-notch customer support, working closely with our application groups to drive innovative solutions for corporate information collection and business logging stages.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and develop high-quality content for versatility, reliability, and execution

  • Troubleshoot complex Splunk issues using your expertise in cutting-edge looking and dashboarding
  • Collaborate with external applications and frameworks as needed
  • Develop and teach our customer community on Splunk search, alarm, and dashboard best practices
  • Provide daily functional and local area support
  • Perform information understanding, ordering, and enhancement
  • Create and manage information articles, such as fields, extractions, labels, event types, queries, workflow activities, pseudonyms, and macros
  • Design and implement report-based dashboards and information model performance enhancements
  • Work from home allowed

Requirements

* 3+ years of experience in creating advanced Splunk dashboards and searches in Splunk

  • Experience in pre-planning (Python, JavaScript, or other)
  • Splunk's Basic XML System and application framework
  • Ordinary expressions
  • Driving insights with information and Splunk products
  • Creating dashboards in Dashboard Studio
  • Ansible and Git
  • Website architecture
  • Working collaboratively and communicating with application groups to drive innovative solutions for corporate information collection to business logging stages
  • Troubleshooting intricate Splunk organization issues using knowledge of automation, pre-planning, Ansible, AWS, REST APIs, and Splunk Enterprise
  • Creating, testing, and deploying various Splunk setups and Splunk technology add-ons
  • Possessing and driving Splunk framework and information organization best practices, including information onboarding
  • Assisting in the creation of advanced dashboards, reports, alarms, and other information objects in Splunk to drive value across the organization
  • Working from home allowed
  • The position is eligible for the Employee Reference Program

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Splunk's Enterprise Security and IT Service Intelligence

  • Knowledge of Splunk's Machine Learning and Data Analytics
  • Familiarity with Splunk's Cloud Platform and AWS
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and Scrum
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
