Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Provide exceptional service and administrative support to our agents, ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving sales growth
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, handle inquiries, solicit additional sales, and address or escalate issues as necessary
  • Offer personalized insurance coverage recommendations, leveraging your knowledge of our products and services to meet customer needs
  • Actively make outbound calls from various lead sources, leveraging your communication skills to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Organize appointments with potential customers, ensuring timely and effective follow-up
  • Shadow our experienced agents to learn the consultative sales process, with the goal of independently managing sales activities

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (multilingual proficiency is a plus)
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat
