Key Responsibilities

Drive PPC Strategy and Execution – Plan, launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn Ads, and other major platforms. – Work alongside cross-functional teams to establish clear advertising objectives aligned with broader marketing and business objectives. – Use keyword research and competitive analysis to inform bidding strategies and ad copy direction. Optimize Campaign Performance – Monitor key performance indicators like CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates, and quality scores. – Conduct daily bid management, A/B testing, and audience targeting adjustments to enhance performance. – Identify areas for account growth and suggest innovations in audience segmentation and campaign structure. Create Reports That Tell a Story – Develop performance reports with clear visualizations and actionable insights. – Translate raw advertising data into business intelligence for senior leadership. – Present regular updates and analysis to stakeholders, showcasing campaign success and strategic pivots.

Ideal Candidate Profile Skills and Experience – 3+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns with measurable success in remote roles. – Deep understanding of paid search and display advertising. – Strong grasp of conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and audience targeting. – Solid ability to translate complex data into meaningful strategies. Core Attributes – Data-obsessed with a creative flair for messaging and audience engagement. – Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented in problem-solving. – Excellent written communication skills and comfortable with presenting insights. – Committed to continuous learning and skill refinement. Preferred (But Not Required) – Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising certifications. – Experience with eCommerce or SaaS product advertising. – Familiarity with international markets and multilingual campaigns.
