Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Understanding all inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure seamless customer interactions
  • Taking all overflow inbound service calls to ensure that all calls are answered in a timely manner
  • Assisting customers with appointment scheduling and providing world-class service experiences
  • Collaborating with Service Managers to ensure the customer experience is consistently met
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies to provide expert support
  • Staying up-to-date on marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates to provide informed support

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency on phones and computer, with excellent communication and technical skills
  • A professional and polite demeanor, with a friendly and outgoing personality
  • The ability to provide a world-class experience to our customers, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Call Center and Appointment Setting experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Organizational, detailed, and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple calls simultaneously
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative, you will be compensated with a competitive base salary of $15.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $10.00 per hour in bonuses. You will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings.

Work Schedule

As a remote customer service representative, you will be required to work shifts that range from 7:00 am- 7:00 pm Monday through Friday, as well as alternating Saturdays from 7:00 am- 5:00 pm. We are looking for candidates who are flexible and able to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
