Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our Safety team at arenaflex. As a key member of our data science group, you'll play a critical role in driving business outcomes through data-driven insights and recommendations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy data pipelines and tools that meet the evolving needs of our business. Key Responsibilities

* Data Pipeline Design and Development: Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to design and develop data pipelines that meet the evolving needs of our business.

• Data Quality and Reliability: Review and improve existing data pipelines to ensure high-quality, reliable, and transparent data.
• Metric Development and Reporting: Develop and maintain metrics and reporting dashboards to support business decision-making and transparency.
• ETL and Automation: Design and implement ETL systems and automation workflows to increase data pipeline efficiency and scalability.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven insights and recommendations are integrated into business decisions.
• Technical Leadership: Lead technical discussions and provide guidance on data science and engineering best practices.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree: In Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

• 4+ Years of Experience: In data science, engineering, or a related field, with a focus on data pipelines, ETL, and automation.
• Python and SQL: Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience working with large-scale ETL frameworks.
• Data Modeling and Visualization: Experience with data modeling and visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's Degree: In Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

• Experience with Cloud Platforms: Experience working with cloud platforms, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with Data Warehousing: Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and technologies, such as Google BigQuery or Amazon Redshift.
• Experience with Agile Methodologies: Experience working with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.

Compensation

* Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

• Bonus and Stock Options: Eligible for bonus and stock options, based on performance and company goals.
