Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, friendly, and professional manner
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information about arenaflex's products and services
- Troubleshooting technical issues with our systems and processes
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Bilingual language skills may be required in some locations
- A valid driver's license (if required by local authorities)
- Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, comprehensive background check, and/or fingerprinting to satisfy company and security requirements
- Ability to secure airport authority and/or US Customs security badges (if applicable)
- Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:
- Working knowledge of Sabre or any other Passenger Service System
- Previous face-to-face customer service experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
