Hiring Flight Attendant|Atlanta,GA

Remote · USA Full-time New today

Join United Airlines, where 'Good Leads The Way.' We are seeking friendly, caring, and safety-focused individuals for our 'entry level' Flight Attendant positions based in Houston, TX (IAH). 'No experience' is necessary; we provide 6.5 weeks of comprehensive, paid training at our world-class Houston training center. About United Airlines: We are a global leader in aviation and a proud member of the Star Alliance. With a team of over 100,000 employees worldwide, we connect people and unite the world. Our culture is built on safety, care, reliability, and efficiency. We are investing in a modern, fuel-efficient fleet and a 'best-in-class' employee experience. Your Role as a Flight Attendant: Your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety of every passenger. You are also the face of United, providing warm 'passenger assistance' and 'compassionate' service. You will work in a 'team collaboration' environment with pilots and fellow crew, and you are empowered to perform 'service recovery' to solve problems and ensure a positive travel experience. Your Day-to-Day: This 'entry level' position begins on 'reserve' (on-call). This requires 100% flexibility. You may be called for an early 'day shift' to Chicago or a late 'night shift' (red-eye) to the West Coast. You must be available to work any 'weekend' schedule, all holidays, and be on-call for 24-hour periods. This is a dynamic 24/7/365 operation. Training & Onboarding: Successful candidates will attend our 6.5-week paid training program in Houston, TX. You will learn all aspects of safety, emergency procedures, aircraft specifics, and our standards for 'service and support'. Career & Compensation: United offers an industry-leading wage, with an estimated annual base from $48,000 to $75,000 (based on flight hours). We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical/dental/vision, a 401(k) with company match, profit sharing, and outstanding global travel privileges on United and our Star Alliance partners.
