Title: Director of Marketing / Director of Paid Ads and Influencer Marketing Specialist. Work setup: Full-time, remote. Rate: USD 20 to USD 40 per hour. Job Overview As the Marketing Director, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and optimizing inbound marketing efforts. You will be responsible for leading and managing a global paid, influencer, and content marketing team, overseeing lead generation and conversion. Your expertise in digital marketing, team leadership, and data-driven decision-making will be key to scaling the business. This role is not focused on creative execution. It requires strong analytical skills, advanced spreadsheet proficiency, and deep expertise in managing complex Google Ads environments.

What You Will Do

Revenue Growth and Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies focused on high-quality lead growth.
  • Optimize and scale landing pages to maximize lead conversion.
  • Identify high-performing marketing campaigns and scale them effectively.
  • Oversee paid media, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and influencer partnerships.
  • Leverage satisfied customers to drive referral-based growth.
  • Improve organic visibility through link building and content performance.
  • Oversee structured snippets implementation.

Team Leadership and Execution

  • Lead and manage an international marketing team.
  • Conduct weekly team meetings to review performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Provide mentorship, training, and coaching to ensure strong team performance.
  • Work closely with tech and product teams to optimize user experience and tracking.

Data-Driven Decision Making

  • Track and analyze key marketing metrics to optimize ROI.
  • Conduct funnel analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Continuously test and improve offers, pricing, and promotions.

Relationship Management

  • Collaborate with internal departments to enhance workflows and compliance.
  • Address customer concerns and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Implement strategies to sustain an upward trend in customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and direct response marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing psychology and high-converting copywriting.
  • Ability to analyze data, forecast revenue, and optimize ad spend.
  • Experience managing and scaling remote, international teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, automation tools, and advertising platforms.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
