[Remote] Regional People Operations (HR) Administrator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. International Schools Partnership Limited is seeking a Regional People Operations (HR) Administrator for their US East & Canada team. The role focuses on supporting employee file maintenance, managing recruitment documents, and ensuring compliance with HR standards in a multi-state environment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring all employee files for new hires and existing employees are maintained in accordance with file standards
• Support with organizing recruitment documents to include but not limited to – gathering references, background checks and supporting with onboarding efforts, aligned to our safer recruitment processes
• Submit background checks through our background check provider (Sterling) for selected candidates. Including collection of international police checks (from candidates) as applicable
• Provide support with updating HR databases and systems related to document management initiatives
• Support with I-9 completion and organization
• Provide support with the HRIS platforms as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
