Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Rural Health Transformation Program director
  • Screen access to the director and address inquiries and complaints from the public and other customers
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, projects, and activities, including logistics for speakers and materials
  • Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems and assist with data analysis and reporting
  • Support onboarding logistics for new partners, contractors, and staff, and assist in process improvement initiatives

Skills

  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, including word processing and records management
  • Exceptional communication skills across multiple platforms in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to manage a rigorous task load while articulating complex information effectively
  • Experience in optimizing administrative workflows within high-volume settings
  • Proven track record of providing operational support in professional environments
  • Experience coordinating committees and stakeholder engagement
  • Familiarity with rural community dynamics and challenges
  • Background in analyzing and summarizing data for audits and reporting
