Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Outbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to prospective customers via inbound and outbound call programs, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
- Verifying information submitted by consumers to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Building rapport with potential clients quickly, establishing trust, and fostering long-term relationships
- Identifying customer goals and objectives, and transferring qualified consumers to a sales representative for further support
- Utilizing data entry skills to update customer information and track interactions
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2 years' experience in customer service call center environments, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Excellent verbal communication and phone skills, with the ability to handle high-volume phone calls and navigate complex customer needs
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and proficiency in CRM software
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer complaints effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences

Work Environment and Company Culture
As a remote customer service representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, at any time, as long as you meet the required schedule and performance standards. Schedule
The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. You'll be required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with opportunities to work additional hours as needed.
