Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for assisting our customers with their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll take inbound calls and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions. Through your skills and knowledge, you'll offer solutions to help simplify our customers' health care experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers with their pharmacy benefit plans, including prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions.

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide solutions to help customers understand their coverage and options.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Work From Home Opportunity

We offer a flexible work-from-home opportunity for qualified candidates who meet our criteria. To be eligible, you must:

  • Live within 75 miles of Las Vegas, NV.
  • Maintain your own internet with approved speed requirements.

Schedule Options

We offer flexible schedule options to accommodate your needs. Our full-time position includes:

  • Days off and hours may vary.
  • Scheduled start times will vary and rotate to support business needs.
  • Site hours are 6am-7pm local time.

Required Qualifications

* 1 year experience interacting with customers (i.e. call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, military experience).

  • Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications.
  • High School Diploma.

Preferred Qualifications

* Associates degree or equivalent experience.

  • Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner.
  • Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life.
  • Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards.
  • Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence.
  • Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism.
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits

* The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $27.90.
