Our Customer Listening Team, spanning across GSG, GABM, and GCS businesses, is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This involves designing and programming customer satisfaction surveys, which include 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries.

Transforming the Voice of the Customer Method

We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Architect to assist in the transformation and innovation of our VOC method. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Helping to improve and maintain the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the Survey and Dashboard Platform hosted on Qualtrics, our survey software provider.
• Collaborating closely with product and process owners, Qualtrics subject matter experts, and the Agile team in Technology to drive innovation and improvement.
• Working closely with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs.
• Growing knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leveraging them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform.
• Designing and building robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions.
• Providing big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various and use case levels.
• Offering pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems.
• Powering customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools.
• Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency.

Operating Closely with Colleagues from GSN and AET

As a Senior Data Architect, you'll work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC Stop-to-Give-Up technique.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, development lifecycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years.

• Active collaboration with dating managers/product owners for expertise on functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with big data technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and Scala.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement data-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
