Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Specialist to join our arenaflex team. As a key member of our global customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers across various social media platforms. This is a remote job opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while being part of a dynamic and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely and effective support to customers across multiple social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and more

  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior support teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and helpful support
  • Analyze customer feedback and sentiment to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Participate in regular training and development programs to stay up-to-date with industry trends and arenaflex products and services
  • Work closely with the social media team to develop and implement social media strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, social media, or a related field
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and more
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment and maintain high levels of productivity and engagement

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the entertainment or media industry

  • Certification in customer support or social media marketing
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and metrics
